We currently deliver to major cities and towns across India through our courier partners. Typical delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier network.
During peak festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities, or restrictions, deliveries may take longer than usual.
We ship orders through reputable courier partners and logistics providers. Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once your order is dispatched, wherever available.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you make the payment. In some cases we may offer free shipping above a certain order value or as part of special promotions.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
The courier partner will typically make one or more attempts to deliver the package. If the delivery is not successful due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept, the order may be marked as undelivered and returned. In such cases, refunds may not be applicable as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
