Because our products are mostly fresh and perishable food items, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our kitchen or warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order ID. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are allowed in the following cases:
To be eligible, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer package and the product.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, such as your bank account, UPI, or card via the payment gateway.
